Our Staff

When Tri-County Mechanical opened for business in August 2007, the total "Staff" consisted of 2 people, the owner and his son and had only 1 truck!  Since then, the volume of business has increased such that there is now a staff of 15 and a whole fleet of service vehicles.

We pride ourselves in maintaining a fleet of clean and well-identified vehicles.  We are one of the few remaining HVAC dealers that maintain a fully operational metal-shop.

We are challenged each day to "get better"...in knowledge that increases the level of service we provide our customers.  Through continued emphasis on training, reliance on manufacturer's reps for technical knowledge, if needed, and knowledge sharing within our own staff, we will continue to be the "go-to" HVAC source for those that we serve.
